Fun-filled Morning at the Training

This morning’s training session was so fun-filled. We had an IELTS Speaking pair work activity with the trainees taking turns in acting as an interviewer. It’s so good to have senior teachers around for they are keener and more adept in sharing ideas with the newly hired teachers. Their course is guaranteed so they have to exert more effort in handling classes so the students will surely pass the real IELTS test. This is perhaps one of the most challenging tasks they have to always keep in mind. I can really see their dedication towards improvement, though. It’s still a very good day after all. Thanks God!
