Fulfilling and productive day at work

I’ve just had a great day at work. I’ve finished almost all the needed Powerpoint presentations for this coming Thursday deadline. It’s so fulfilling to know that when I go home I’ve got almost everything done and ready even before the agreed deadline. I hope to finish everything tomorrow so I can still do some final touches before we submit it to the board in two days time. Facing deadlines isn’t easy most especially when the given tasks are challenging. Well, it’s been my passion ever since and I always like to take risks and have adventures even when I was alone in a foreign country, which speaks poorly in English. I always find it fulfilling whenever I accomplish tasks and achieve my goals no matter how small they are. Still, what matters is that the learning I get every time I meet difficult tasks and people along my journey. For now, I’m optimistically looking forward to our upcoming meeting with the board before this week ends. :) :) :)

Connected at last!

Do you remember the last time I kept on complaining here about my poor Internet connection at home? Well, complains no more these days, :D I’m so happy that at last we’ve got our DSL connection here at home not only that but also a landline which makes it even more advantageous most especially when calling and keeping posted with our parents in our other house. I’m so blessed indeed for a speedy installation and connection. Thanks God. Now, I can surf anytime I want and download stuffs I need as well as keeping everything updated down from my social networking sites to emails and domains. Happy yeepee yehey! :) Thank you Lord.

Disappointed

Yes, I know I sound so pessimistic here today. The fact that I won’t be able to surf the Internet at home every night means torture for me. It’s been three days since we didn’t have any Internet connection on our wireless Internet provider here. I am deeply dissatified with their customer service after waiting for over half an hour patiently waiting for a CSR to answer me. Urgh! I swear I won’t continue my contract with them ever again and will never recommend them to others. This must be one of the reasons why I won’t keep my page here as updated as the last few months. I’m just completely disappointed! :(

Today’s pretty much tiring than last week for I needed to run for many things so as to prepare tomorrow’s training and demonstration schedule for our newly hired teachers. The other school likes to fill all posts in the Grammar Department so we are having intensive training on their English Grammar. Somehow I don’t have a great role on that as I don’t have excellent command of English grammar most especially when explaining the rules and technicalities of it. I do know how to write though, heheh. That’s why I do blabber here most of the times just to express those thoughts I ought not say to other people not even my friends, hahah! I’m picky I know, so be it. :D

Sometime on a Toxic Day

Today’s pretty taxing here for me. I didn’t know the day already ended not until I heard the last bell and the teachers talking outside about going home early so they can still have their early night out with their friends and students. Urgh! This is perhaps the start of our toxic days as trainers. Oh well, I pretty much enjoy every second of it. This is just one of the reasons why I like to be just working near my family and loved ones. I’m so thankful that EF still accepted me despite the years of my absence in the company since I had to work abroad. A great blessing indeed! Now I can surf until my eyes are drooping since I’ve got no work tomorrow. Have a great weekend everyone! I hope you’re gonna have a wonderful one. :) :) :)

Taxing Yet Fulfilling Day on Training

Today’s pretty taxing for our team. We nearly talked with each other for we needed to attend to our own tasks. I was on my own in our IELTS writing training for our senior teachers. They really need this training since they are the ones handling the guaranteed courses for both IELTS and TOEIC international English tests. Despite each other’s busyness, we never forget to have lunch together which I strongly believe keeps us updated and bonded not only as colleagues but as close friends. I’m so thankful I’m given a chance. Smiles. Tomorrow’s another day and I hope it’d be another great day just like what I had with my teacher trainees this afternoon. Time to doze off for now guys, until then. Ciao!
